Genexis Health Ltd. exists to give research groups a reliable source of high-purity peptides with analytical data they can actually rely on — and to do it without pretending we are something other than a chemical supplier.
Why we started
Research peptides occupy an awkward space. They are indispensable to a great deal of legitimate work — receptor pharmacology, cell biology, analytical method development — and they are also widely sold to people who intend to inject them. Much of the market has drifted toward serving the second group while using the language of the first.
That drift has a cost for laboratories. Purity claims stop meaning anything when nobody is verifying them. Certificates of Analysis get recycled across lots. Product copy fills up with implied benefits that would never survive a regulator reading it.
We built Genexis Health to be straightforwardly the first thing: a supplier of research reagents, with verification you can check, and a boundary we do not move.
How we operate
Peptides are synthesised to our specification, then independently analysed before release. HPLC establishes purity; mass spectrometry confirms identity. The Certificate of Analysis you receive is the one for your lot, and it is available before you buy.
Material is held at -20 °C and shipped in insulated packaging with coolant sized to the transit time. Lot records are retained for five years so that a result can be traced back to the material that produced it.
We decline orders that read as personal use, whatever the wording, and we would rather lose a sale than supply someone who intends to put a research chemical into their body. That is the part of the process we are least willing to give up.
What we will not do
We will not advise on dosing, administration, reconstitution for injection, or combining compounds. We will not describe a product in terms of what it might do for a person. We will not undervalue or mislabel a customs declaration. We will not supply an order that reads like personal use, however it is worded.
If that makes us the wrong supplier for someone, it makes us the right one for a laboratory that needs its reagent source to stand up to scrutiny.
Four commitments
Analytical honesty
We publish the specification we can evidence and nothing beyond it. Where a figure is a literature reference value rather than a measurement on your lot, we say so on the page.
A firm boundary
We supply laboratories. We decline orders that read like personal use, and we do not answer questions about dosing or administration. That costs us sales, and we accept that.
Traceable material
Synthesis records, lot numbers and third-party analytical data are retained for five years. If you need to reconstruct the provenance of a result three years from now, you can.
No therapeutic claims
We describe where a compound appears in the published literature. We never describe what it does for a person, because that is not a claim we are in a position to make.
