1. What this site is
Genexis Health Ltd. publishes summaries of the peer-reviewed research on peptides and related compounds. Each page describes what studies have found, what they have not found, and how strong the underlying evidence is.
The aim is narrow and deliberate: people researching these compounds usually encounter them through forum posts and sellers, where the difference between a licensed medicine and an untested chemical gets flattened into nothing. This site exists to restore that distinction.
2. This is not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your medical history.
We do not publish dosing, administration routes or protocols, and we will not provide them on request. That is not an oversight — it is the line between an information resource and something that guides use, and we stay on the information side of it.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.
3. We do not supply anything
Genexis Health Ltd. does not sell, supply, broker or arrange the supply of any compound described on this site. We hold no stock. We take no orders. There is no price list, and no enquiry leads to a sale.
If someone offers to sell you a compound and cites this site as a reference, they are not acting for us and we have no relationship with them.
4. Accuracy and currency
We summarise research carefully and link to the primary literature wherever possible so that you can read the sources rather than our description of them. Even so:
- Summaries necessarily simplify, and simplification loses detail that may matter to you.
- Evidence changes. A compound described here as investigational may since have been approved, withdrawn, or shown to be ineffective.
- We may be wrong. If you believe something here misstates the evidence, please tell us at research@genexishealth.uk and we will review it.
Evidence grades reflect our reading of the best available human evidence at the time of writing. They are an editorial judgement, not an official classification.
5. Compounds that are approved medicines
Several compounds covered here — including semaglutide, tirzepatide, tesamorelin, afamelanotide and bremelanotide — are licensed prescription medicines in one or more countries.
Where that is the case, they are licensed for specific indications in specific populations, prescribed and monitored by a clinician. Approval of a medicine for one purpose says nothing about its safety for another, or for you. These medicines are prescription-only for reasons that apply regardless of where they are obtained.
6. Compounds that are not approved
Most compounds described here are not approved by any regulator for any purpose. For those compounds:
- There is no established safe dose, because no regulator has evaluated one.
- Long-term effects are frequently unknown, and for several the short-term effects in humans are unknown too.
- Material sold outside a regulated supply chain has no verified identity, purity or sterility. Independent testing of such products has repeatedly found mislabelling and contamination.
- Some are the subject of explicit public safety warnings from the MHRA and other regulators.
7. If you are unwell
If you have taken any compound and feel unwell, contact your local emergency services or a poison control centre immediately. In the UK that is 999, or 111 for urgent but non-emergency advice.
Tell them exactly what you took. Clinicians treat people who have taken unapproved substances regularly and their concern is your safety, not judging you. Withholding what you took makes it harder for them to help.
8. Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genexis Health Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss, injury or harm arising from reliance on information published here, or from any decision taken on the basis of it.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
