1. Our position
Genexis Health supplies research reagents to laboratories. That is the whole of our business. We are aware that a market exists for research peptides intended for personal use, and we have structured our ordering process specifically to avoid serving it.
This is not only a legal position. Many of the compounds in our catalog have never been through human safety testing. Purity that is appropriate for a binding assay is not the same thing as pharmaceutical sterility. A vial that is perfectly fit for a cell culture experiment may cause serious harm if injected. We are not willing to be part of that.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in refusal of supply and may result in a permanent block:
- Ordering with the intention of administering material to yourself or another person;
- Ordering on behalf of someone you know intends human use;
- Asking us for dosing, injection, reconstitution-for-administration or cycling advice;
- Asking us to omit, alter or disguise research-use labelling, invoices or customs declarations;
- Reselling our products to consumers, or marketing them as supplements or treatments;
- Making therapeutic, cosmetic or performance claims about our products;
- Providing false information in a declaration;
- Attempting to circumvent our age or research-use confirmations.
3. What causes us to refuse an order
We look at an order as a whole. The following commonly lead to refusal:
- Language drawn from personal-use communities rather than from laboratory practice — dosing schedules, cycles, stacks, injection sites, or body-composition goals.
- A quantity inconsistent with the stated work. A binding assay does not require repeat orders of the largest available vial size.
- A residential delivery address with nothing else indicating a laboratory.
- Correspondence that contradicts the declaration — the most common single reason we cancel an order.
- Destination countries where supply would breach export, sanctions or import controls.
We do not always tell you which factor caused a refusal, and we are not obliged to. Where you have paid, we refund in full.
4. We do not give dosing or administration advice
Our team will not answer questions about how much of a compound to take, how to reconstitute it for injection, how to combine compounds, what effects to expect, or how to manage side effects. This applies regardless of how the question is framed — including questions presented as hypothetical, as being "for a friend", or as concerning an animal.
We can discuss analytical specification, solubility for laboratory stock preparation, storage stability, Certificates of Analysis, and shipping. That is the boundary.
Asking us for administration guidance is itself a signal of intended human use, and will normally result in your order being cancelled.
5. Controls we operate
- Age and research-use gate on site entry, requiring five separate confirmations, re-requested every 90 days.
- Per-item acknowledgement — each product must be individually acknowledged as being for in-vitro research before it can be added to an order.
- Order-level declaration before checkout can be reached.
- Checkout declaration — seven binding confirmations, all of which must be accepted before an order can be placed.
- Research-use labelling on every vial, every invoice and every packing note.
- Record retention — declarations are retained with the order record so that supply decisions can be audited.
6. Enforcement
Where we identify a breach, we may take any of the following steps:
- Cancel the order and refund it;
- Suspend or permanently block the account, email address, organisation and address;
- Decline all future supply without further explanation;
- Recover from you any loss we suffer as a result of the breach, under the indemnity in our Terms & Conditions;
- Where required by law, or where we consider there to be a serious and immediate risk to someone's safety, disclose information about an order to a regulator, law enforcement agency or poison control service.
7. Regulated and investigational compounds
Some compounds in our catalog correspond to substances that are approved as medicines, or are under clinical investigation, in one or more jurisdictions. Those listings carry an additional notice on the product page.
For those compounds in particular, you are responsible for confirming that possession and use as a research reference material is lawful where you are located, and that you hold any licence or institutional approval required. Patent rights may also apply to a compound in your jurisdiction; confirming your freedom to operate is your responsibility, not ours.
We do not supply these materials for clinical, diagnostic, compounding or personal use in any circumstance.
8. Reporting a concern
If you believe someone is misusing our products, misrepresenting them, or reselling them for human consumption, please contact compliance@genexishealth.uk. Reports can be made anonymously and are reviewed by our compliance team.
If you or someone else has taken a research chemical and feels unwell, contact your local emergency services or poison control centre immediately. Do not wait for a reply from us.
